First, for full disclosure, I am a victim of sexual assault by adults when I was a child from 4 to 11 years of age. See my book about my life experiences below. Also, Let me just say that I internally argued with what image to use as the header for this all-important article. I chose to use one that conveys the depravity to an extent but does not even get close to the gross sexual exploitation within the movie.

This is a Netflix movie that promotes child pornography. Below I will define what Child pornography is. Disguising it in the guise of a movie does not change the crime. I will also give you the US federal laws as well. What I am about to tell you about the movie is a bit graphic, so if you are offended stop reading. For critics, I did not watch the entirety of the movie. My observations are from the news, the trailer, and running my mouse through the movie and stopping on the egregious scenes long enough so I can say what needs to be said below.

CUTIES NETFLIX MOVIE: It repeatedly has 11 and 12-year-old girls dressed in extremely sexual immoral clothes. It has them dancing in sexually immoral moves that include twerking, grinding, laying on the floor, and pumping like they are having sex, running their hand over their breasts and vaginas. There are repeated scenes of this throughout the movie, culminating in the end with even more graphic exploitation than that. These scenes, in the end, are with adults in the audience, including parents, applauding this disgusting behavior.

NOTE: You can tell the movie’s intention by taking note of the cameraman who is constantly doing closeups of breast shots, vagina shots in both the front and the back of the girls, and when the little girls run their hands over these body parts. They will argue that the little girl’s hands went over those parts, but they did not actually touch themselves. Assimilating for the purpose of exploitation is the same as doing the actual act.

NOTE: If an older man was to take screenshots of these girls in the movie’s most exploited moment, he would not go to prison, not for copyright infringement but rather for sexually exploiting a child. Yet, movie companies can do just that and get a pass. There needs to be a president case and Netflix is just the place to start. They are very guilty here. They make the movie in a country where the laws may not cover this crime but then offer it to viewers in countries where it is a crime, resulting in international sexual exploitation of children. Maybe the toothless United Nations will take action. Sign the petition below. But if you also have time, call your congressperson or senator.

NEW RELEASES OVER A SIX-MONTH PERIOD—HOLLYWOOD‘S GROSS PERVERSION AND DEBAUCHERY ALL THE TIME

So, I am scrolling through the NEW RELEASES in movies. There are three good moves of about 50 New Releases, and the other 47 are all perversion and racism. You think I am joking, listen to this description of a New Release Movie, “Born transgender, raised as a boy, following a decorated military career and two marriages, Kate is in her mid-sixties and could finally live as her true self. When she meets a new friend, will her past block their developing relationship?” The latest new trend is homosexual westerns. Do not be fooled by the movie Power of the Dog; it is just another Brokeback Mountain.

While Hollywood tries to keep it on the low, they are pedophiles. They make movies and TV shows about teenagers who have homosexual or lesbian relationships, basically child porn, and then use actors and actresses that are 18 or a little older who can play a character that is 13-16, the character in the movie or TV shows.

NETFLIX spends 2 billion dollars a year on movies and TV shows that are filled with transgenders, homosexuals, lesbians, and child pornography (e.g., Cuties). They promote all white men as racists and white women as “Karens.” They promote radical Islam as victims of American oppression and promote radical Islam as peaceful and Christians as terroristic oppressors. And I could go on and on.

The life of watching movies and TV shows will be rewatching movies and TV shows from 1980-to 2000.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY is pornography that exploits children for sexual stimulation. It may be produced with the direct involvement or sexual assault of a child or it may be simulated child pornography.

Images of child pornography are not protected under First Amendment rights, and are illegal contraband under federal law. Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age). Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer-generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor. Undeveloped film, undeveloped videotape, and electronically stored data that can be converted into a visual image of child pornography are also deemed illegal visual depictions under federal law.

Notably, the legal definition of sexually explicit conduct does not require that an image depict a child engaging in sexual activity. A picture of a naked child may constitute illegal child pornography if it is sufficiently sexually suggestive. Additionally, the age of consent for sexual activity in a given state is irrelevant; any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age engaging in sexually explicit conduct is illegal.

Federal jurisdiction is implicated if the child pornography offense occurred in interstate or foreign commerce. This includes, for example, using the U.S. Mails or common carriers to transport child pornography across state or international borders. Additionally, federal jurisdiction almost always applies when the Internet is used to commit a child pornography violation. Even if the child pornography image itself did not travel across state or international borders, federal law may be implicated if the materials, such as the computer used to download the image or the CD-ROM used to store the image, originated or previously traveled in interstate or foreign commerce.Federal law prohibits the production, distribution, reception, and possession of an image of child pornography using or affecting any means or facility of interstate or foreign commerce (See 18 U.S.C. § 2251; 18 U.S.C. § 2252; 18 U.S.C. § 2252A). Specifically, Section 2251 makes it illegal to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for purposes of producing visual depictions of that conduct. Any individual who attempts or conspires to commit a child pornography offense is also subject to prosecution under federal law.

In addition, Section 2251A of Title 18, United States Code, specifically prohibits any parent, legal guardian or other person in custody or control of a minor under the age of 18, to buy, sell, or transfer custody of that minor for purposes of producing child pornography.

Lastly, Section 2260 of Title 18, United States Code, prohibits any persons outside of the United States to knowingly produce, receive, transport, ship, or distribute child pornography with intent to import or transmit the visual depiction into the United States.

Any violation of federal child pornography law is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face severe statutory penalties. For example, a first time offender convicted of producing child pornography under 18 U.S.C. § 2251, face fines and a statutory minimum of 15 years to 30 years maximum in prison. A first time offender convicted of transporting child pornography in interstate or foreign commerce under 18 U.S.C. § 2252, faces fines and a statutory minimum of 5 years to 20 years maximum in prison. Convicted offenders may face harsher penalties if the offender has prior convictions or if the child pornography offense occurred in aggravated situations defined as (i) the images are violent, sadistic, or masochistic in nature, (ii) the minor was sexually abused, or (iii) the offender has prior convictions for child sexual exploitation. In these circumstances, a convicted offender may face up to life imprisonment.
