How Does a Wise Person Act with Knowledge While a Fool Displays Folly?

Proverbs 13:16 states, “All who are prudent act with knowledge, but fools expose their folly.” This verse contrasts the careful, thoughtful approach of a wise person with the reckless behavior of a fool.
