Proverbs 19:17 shows why generosity to the poor matters to Jehovah and why compassionate giving is never overlooked by Him.

Giving Before the Father — Matthew 6:1–4

Matthew 6:1–4 exposes how generosity becomes corrupted when human praise replaces the Father’s approval as the giver’s true purpose.

Acts 20:35 joins hard work, care for the weak, and Christian generosity in Jesus’ teaching that giving brings greater blessing than receiving.

Use money as Jesus would: honestly earned, wisely spent, generously shared, and always ruled by loyalty to Jehovah.

Second Corinthians 8:11 calls Christians to turn willing desire into completed obedience according to what they have.

God supplies what Christians need so they can serve generously, obey faithfully, and abound in every good work.

Jehovah refreshes those who wisely strengthen others through love, truth, generosity, and obedient Christian service.

Hebrews 13:16 teaches that doing good and sharing are not optional acts but sacrifices of worship that truly please God.

“Treasure in heaven” means investing life in what Jehovah values—obedience, generosity, service—rather than fragile earthly security.

In 1 John 3:17, “material possessions” means the practical goods of life—resources that can meet a believer’s real need.
