Generally, in the Bible, when God had dealings with the human family, it was by means of an angel. The primary person in Scripture, who spoke and had dealings with humans, as a representative of the Father, Jehovah God, was his only only-begotten Son, appropriately called “the Word.”
A difficulty arises because, if Eve and Adam were standing there before the tree of knowledge, as the serpent spoke to Eve, it means that Adam, the head, was very much involved in this process.

Mary was a descendant of Adam and an imperfect sinner. Therefore, how could Jesus, Mary’s firstborn, be perfect and free from sin in his physical body? Would not Jesus have inherited some imperfection from Mary?
