Before I comment further, let’s define things. Canada & Australia, before the Pandemic, were dipping their toes in socialism, that is, giving the government more ownership and control over the people. The people in these two countries mocked the United States Constitution that gave America its freedoms. They mocked freedom of religion, free speech and the right to bear arms especially.
Socialism: a social system advocating State ownership and control over the people and of the means of production that communists view as an intermediate stage between capitalism and communism; Communism: a social system advocating the absence of classes, the common ownership of the means of production and subsistence, and the equitable distribution of economic goods.
When you dip your toe in socialism, it will not be long before you are swimming in communism, or at least a Socialist State like Venezuela, I told these Facebook Canadians and Australians for years. And now? You have hundreds of them on Facebook begging America for help because they live in a Police Socialist State. The churches are shut down, pastors are being arrested and threatened with years in prison. They have the military and police out in full force to make sure there are no interactions. You cannot speak out against this, or the police will be at your door. The government can monitor every citizen’s social media and email accounts. The government can arrest you for saying anything against their take-over. The government can send emails or post on social media from your account.
HISTORY and STUPIDITY repeat themselves. One might think people and countries would learn from others the dangers of socialism, but they cannot seem to do so because they believe that they are unique, they will do it better, theirs is not the same. This is what happens when you do not educate your young folks,
CHILE: I have been in Chile for 3.5 years. Chile used to be a socialist country before 1973 when General Pinochet took over the country and then held Democratic elections in 1988. It became a Capitalist country and soon because the best country in Middle and South America. HOWEVER, they did not remove the socialist-minded teachers in the schools, colleges, and universities. Just before COVID-19, the young people in this country, 16-32 years of age, were in the streets doing far worse than Antifa and BLM in 2020. Chile has only 19 million people. While Chile is listed as a capitalist country, I should also note that they have always had remnants of government control that exceeds a capitalist society. For example, they have a RUT number that is like our social security number. Everything a Chilean does, they give their RUT number. So, the government knows what everyone is buying, watches movies they watch, where they go, and on and on. In Texas or Wyoming for sure, if a cashier asked for your social security number, the person would say, “What the ______ do you need that for?” When you grow up, and that is how it is done, you do not give much thought.
The young Chileans are not aware of their history, so they want a socialist country. In Santiago Center, Santiago has a population of 5.6 million. There were one million protesting in one might. The police were overrun, the police were caught on fire, churches were burned, people were murdered, stores were destroyed where poor people shop, like Walmart. Every time the police arrested rioters, liberal judges freed them to riot more. The so-called capitalist government literally took the guns away from the police, so they faced hundreds of thousands in the streets with no real way of defending themselves. The government capitulated to the rioters, and they are going to remake their constitution into a more socialist constitution, with rioters having input. The only thing that brought this to an end was the Covid-19 Pandemic.
WITHIN 3-5 years, Chile will likely be a socialist country again. Does Chile have problems that need fixing? Yes, the minimum wage is $2.50 an hour, medication is high, the cost of living is equal to the United States, so there are many poor. But the poor are not like the American poor. They hustle, get jobs, more than one, and sell things on the streets. You have a beautiful country on the ocean just like California, repeating its own history. You have great cultured people who are hard workers and yet, a government that does not realize the value of what they have. Set the riots aside, crime in Chile is very low, there are no drug cartels. This country should have hundreds of factories from the United States, Canada, and Australia, instead of going to Mexico. The whole country is right along the ocean that runs right up past all the South and Middle American countries to California and I-70.
So, we have countries and people within those countries that cannot learn from others’ mistakes or history. We have people and countries that cannot learn from their own history. We also have the good conservatives who play by the rules or their values, and the socialist Marxists do not. So, it is like two men fighting, and one fights by boxing rules, the other street fighting, no rules, who do you think wins every time. The refreshing thing about Donald Trump was/is he is a street fighter. He was literally training the conservatives how to fight back and win. No more politeness; say it like it is. He fought against the entire world, and he won many times throughout his presidency and made the world a better and safer place. It took a Covid-19 Pandemic to bring him down. That and stupid people who believed the same lies Obama told from a man hiding in his basement. Now, they have buyer’s remorse, like the Venezuelan people have buyer’s remorse. The lesson is this, you cannot help stupid, learn from others and history, and if your opponent does not fight by principles, neither should you. This might sound strange coming from a Christian author. I will tell you, I am not recommending violating Bible principles. However, stand firm, be outspoken, fight the good fight with all your energy, tell it like it is plainly, show no weaknesses, and allow no room for the enemy.
And remember, you cannot help stupid. What does that mean? It means that if we bail our Canada and Australia with our sympathy and support as a country, they will forget shortly after they are safe on dry land again. And they will be right back, mocking the United States. We have our own countrymen trying to lead us down the same path. So, let’s fix our house before we worry about another.
